Maple Crepes


• 2 cups milk

• 4 eggs

• 3 tbsp. melted butter

• 1 tbsp. sugar or maple sugar

• 1 tsp. vanilla extract

• Pinch of salt

• 1 ½ cups of flour


Mix together. Pour a thin layer onto a hot buttered pan. Cook on one side then flip (won’t take long). You may want to keep them warm by placing them in a warm oven and add to the pile of crepes.


Cream Filing

• 2 cups of Heavy Cream

• 1 tbsp of Maine Maple Syrup


Beat in a bowl at high speed. Add maple syrup. Beat until fluffy. Fill crepes and serve with maple syrup over them. *Note: Maine maple cream also makes a delicious crepe filling!
