Ambrosia Fruit Salad

- 6 medium carrots, sliced
- 3 tbsp. butter, melted
- 3 tbsp. pure Maine maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- Salt to taste
Cook carrots until crunchy-tender. Mix butter, ginger, and maple syrup. Add to carrots. Salt to taste. Simmer until glazed. You can also try this simple glaze on apples, sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, or any vegetable you would roast.
