Turkey Shepherd's Pie

  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 4 large peeled white potatoes
  • 1 can crisp (or 1 bag of frozen) corn
  • 2 cans of creamed corn
  • 1 small onion


Sauté turkey, chopped onion, and 1 small diced garlic until cooked through, set aside.


Mix crisp corn and two cans of creamed corn, set aside.


Mash cooked potatoes with butter (we use non-dairy butter, oat milk) and season with salt and pepper)


In a baking dish, layer the first with the sautéed turkey and onions, then layer mixed corn.


Lastly place mashed potatoes on top. Season with salt and pepper and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until bubbling.


Enjoy a hearty but heart healthy and dairy free pie!
